HR Generalist

A leading food production company is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Generalist in West Cork.

You will:
•Oversee the full recruitment cycle from job postings and application reviews to interviews, reference checks, and onboarding.
•Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide IR support, including notetaking and grievance procedures.
•Advise on company policies and assist in the ongoing review and updating of HR policy and procedures.
•Maintain the HRIS, ensuring accurate records, documentation, and reporting.
•Support the implementation of new HR initiatives and company-wide projects to enhance culture and employee experience.
•Assist with various HR functions to ensure consistent practices across the organisation.

Experience & Skills:
•Strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail.
•Confident in managing multiple tasks and keeping highly organised in a fast-paced environment.
•Hold a relevant degree in HR, or a related field; a CIPD qualification (or working towards one) is a plus.
