West Cork Recruitment are delighted to be hiring an Experienced Sales Manager for a well-known business based in Clonakilty. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary. The role is 39 hours a week Mon-Fri with Saturday rotations.
Key Requirements
• Electrical knowledge
• Staff Management: Recruiting, training, scheduling, motivating, and evaluating staff performance.
• Sales & Operations: Driving sales to meet targets, managing daily revenue, and handling cash procedures.
• Inventory Control: Ordering stock, managing inventory levels, and conducting stocktakes.
• Customer Service: Ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Merchandising & Maintenance: Maintaining store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and safety compliance.
